Thermal Circuit

Our thermal circuit has been designed to provide you a number of treatments which elicit various sensations on the body, to bring you a sense of holistic well-being.

The circuit comprises of an Foot Reflexology Podium, Laconium, Herbal Steam Room, Sauna, Ice Room and Fountain and Sensation Showers.

Foot Reflexology Podium

Begin your Spa experience with our Foot Reflexology basins, which slightly raise body temperature, to prepare you for the heat you will experience in the rest of the Spa. The warm water in the basin gently bubbles, stimulating the reflex zones on the bottom of your feet and relaxing your whole body.

Laconium

This is a gentle heated bath to purify and detoxify the body. Both temperature and humidity are low producing a dry relaxing environment, which is an ideal starting point for the Spa experience.

Herbal Steam Room

The steam, essential oils and salts combine to create the sea atmosphere of our unique inhalation room. It is especially good for congestion and the steam jet stimulates blood circulation and starts purifying and detoxifying processes. 

Sauna

This wood lined cabin has an automatic water spray onto hot coals. With a temperature of 70 degrees and humidity of 60%, the experience is wonderful for both body and mind.

Ice Room and Fountain

Cool down after a sauna in our ice room. Here you can take handfuls of ice flakes and rub them all over your body, to stimulate your circulation, lymphatic and immune system; it's also a great stress reliever.

Sensation Showers

Combine heat treatments with a unique shower experience, with an option of our cool rain shower, tropical rain shower with huge droplets and warm scents or our fresh shower which sprays cool mist all over your body.
