This 4 night break includes:
- Accommodation with breakfast each morning
- Nutritional consultation (inc. meal planning, menus & 3 month follow up)
- 2 x 1hour spa treatments
- Full board (4 lunches and 4 dinners, drinks not included)
- Access to weekly fitness classes (Bootcamp circuit training, Yoga and Aqua Fitness)
